That probably means that your DICOM viewer and the PACS server do not support the Encapsulated PDF Storage SOP Class.i can able to convert pdf to dicom, but i'm not able to open local dicom viewer.and also i'm not able to send to pacs server...
Which SOP Class did you use and what is the error when trying to send?so i tried pdf to image, then img2dcm now i can able to see in local dicom viewer but not able to send.
Read the documentation of the corresponding tool. You could also use dcmodify to add data elements after the object/file has been created.and how to pass patient details?
Do you mean a visual check? Newer versions of Adobe's Acrobat Reader can display the PDF content of a DICOM Encapsulated PDF Storage file.how to verify pdf file?because pdf file created by "itextsharp" utillity.

Dear manikandan,
there should be several, however, I cannot say which exactly. You may search google for conformance statements noting that feature (check also whether they can display them).
HTH,
Michael
