Conversion from XCode to Linux

Hi, I'm wondering if DCMTK has a methods/classes to convert from different image formats, like these supported by XCode:

vImageConvert_Planar8toPlanarF
vImageConvert_16SToF
vDSP_minv
vDSP_maxv
