direct C-FIND-RSP messages to memory

Hello...
We are using DcmFindSCU findscu class to run the query from within our app.
If opt_extractResponsesToFile argument is set to true
findscu extracts the C-FIND-RSP responses to files..
Is it possible to retrieve these responses to some memory structures
without modification of DcmFindscu class ?

Hi,

from what I quickly see: No. The class was a "hack" in order to make findscu functionality available as a class for a certain project.

A cleaner solution would be to use DcmSCU to implement your own findscu. Actually it is quite easy to do, look at the DcmSCU example in the DCMTK howto section.
