Hello!
Using dcmsend and dcmmkdir tools (ver. 3.6.2) with options - respectively - "--scan-directories" and "--input-directory", they process more than one file at a time.
What about a suitable method to get a progress of the ongoing operation based on the single file?
The typical use case is to show a progress bar or something similar to inform the user about the operation completion status.
Thank you for any help, very appreciated!
Ilaria

Re: dcmsend and dcmmkdir progress
You mean printing the percentage to a specific logger? For example, the tools storescu, storescp, movescu and the module dcmqrdb do something like this.
Yes, of course, this would be possible but is currently not implemented. This could either be done on the tool-level (dcmmkdir, dcmsend) or on the class-level (DicomDirInterface, DcmStorageSCU).
