Exact Difference between MR and Enhanced MR Image Storage

Dear Member,

I need your help to understand the exact difference between MR and Enhanced MR Image Storage IOD.
I have gone through DICOM standard and understand the few differences but need to get more point of differences.
Could you please share link or stuff to get the difference as per Clinical and DICOM standard?
