Hello everyone,
I'm sure there is some place in the forum that explains the best practises to contribute for dcmtk but i wasn't able to find it.
At our company we use some of the DCMTK binaries for testing purposes. We would like to keep all the changes we do to the binaries on git to be able to merge with any new DCMTK official versions.
We pull the code, cmake, compile (MSVC).
Do you make the changes in the build folder? if so, how do you generate the pre-build code to track the changes in git?
Or do you edit the code in the prebuild and cmake and comppile everytime you want to debug?
What are the best practises for this?
Thank you
DCMTK build and push to git

Re: DCMTK build and push to git
The best way to contribute to the DCMTK would be to send a patch via email (to "bugs/at/dcmtk/dot/org"). A direct push to the git repository is not possible.I'm sure there is some place in the forum that explains the best practises to contribute for dcmtk but i wasn't able to find it.
