Does DCMTK having support of STOW-RS

Dear All,

Does DCMTK open source having support of STOW-RS? I am unable to see this support.
if STOW-RS is supported in DCTMK then please, do let me know how i can compile/install DCMTK, so that it can visible to me.

there is no STOW-RS support in DCMTK right now.
