Secure Connection using storescp-tls.exe fails through multiple association

When sending multiple files from DVT to SCP (storescp-tls.exe) the second association fails

Please find the error log at SCP side below:

E: Receiving Association failed: 0006:031e DUL secure transport layer: session id context uninitialized

Does anyone know why this error occurs?
