What is the current time estimation for JPEG2000 support?

We have just completed development of a JPEG 2000 module for DCMTK. However, this module was funded by a third party, and in accordance with the contract between our team and the funding party the module will not be available as part of the free toolkit. Developers and system integrators will be able to purchase a separate license for the add-on module, in a similar way the DCMPRINT module is handled. The public release of this add-on module will happen in parallel with the next DCMTK release.
