How to acquire a full license for DCMCHECK?

I would like to acquire a full license for DCMCHECK. I can't find where on the website to apply for one (or the cost). Can you point me in the right direction?

Please send an e-mail to dicom (at) offis (dot) de. In general we don't post the license conditions of our tools on our website, but of course we'd be happy to provide that to you by e-mail. For a purchase of the software, we would need the full legal address of your institution and the name and position of the person who would sign the contract. Our legal department would then send you a license contract for signature. I would also like to draw your attention to the free evaluation version that we make available to interested parties. The license contract for the evaluation version is available here, along with detailed instructions.

Thank you. I'll do that. I've already gotten an evaluation license that expired in July. I'm planning on using dcmcheck as part of our software validation.
