which the libraries that I must include to compile dcmtk in my project ?

I use visual C++ 6.0.

That depends on what functionality from DCMTK you are using. Generally, you should look at the DCMTK include files that you include in your code. In case you include an include file from ofstd/include, you have to include also ofstd.lib, in case you include an include file from dcmdata/include, you have to include also dcmdata.lib etc. This is pretty straightforward.
