An idea for DCMTK

may be ,many people has trouble with using the DCMTK in WINDOWS VC system! so I think if you can supply the ".lib" file and the ".h" file for us ! it will be very useful! I think! if we have get this , we just need to copy the .lib file and .h file to the correct directory! and we can use it soon with the help file!

Actually I have doubts about this. Compiling DCMTK is really fairly straightforward and well-documented, and people who do not manage this usually either do not carefully read the instructions or have very limited understanding of their development tools. In either case, providing precompiled libraries would not help a lot.

Because,I have found that I can complie the DCMTK to get the .lib File, and I can use the .h file in the include directory.
