Topic: At DICOM Scope 3.6.4 viewer, received Flipped Image (manipulation stored as PR) from SCU is displayed as black image.

SCU
SCP: DICOMscope 3.6.4

Precondition:
1) PR support is set to ON at SCU.

Test Steps:
1) Perform a Horizontal Flip Image manipulation at SCU. Save the changes.
2) Export the DICOM IOD along with Flipped manipulation stored as PR to DICOMscope.
3) Storage transaction is successful.
4) At DICOMscope load the received image with PR to check the consistent presentation of the image with manipulation.

Expected result:
1) DICOM IOD displayed properly with a applied manipulation(PR) -(as a Horizontally Flipped Image).

Actual result:
1) DICOM IOD is displayed as a black image after applying the PR. ( without applying PR , Image is displayed properly without manipulation).

Work around:
1) Store the PR locally once again to the DICOMscope database. Then try the loading of the DICOM IOD with a locally saved PR displayed the Flipped Image (with manipulation) properly without any display issue.

Note:
1) At Wireshark - Network Captured Log , It is observed that, SCU has transferred the "(0070,0041) - Image Horizontal Flip - Y" details as part of 'C-Store , Grayscale Softcopy Presentation Storage' to DICOMscope.

Kindly correct me, am I missing something.
Your feedback is highly appreciable.

With Thanks and Regards,

Could you please provide the respective DICOM image and GSPS SOP Instance (e.g. by email to bugs/at/dcmtk/dot/org), so we can check them?
