You cannot create a new, empty report in DICOMscope. You have to load a report, edit it, and store it. This will create a new object in the database, i.e. your empty "template" will not be destroyed. A number of such templates should be available with the selection of sample reports that can be downloaded from the DICOMscope web page.

So i need to load the already existing reports in DICOMScope and modify it and save it. You said when i do this it creates empty template in database. What do you mean "empty tempate"? When i modify existing reports it does have some values, i dont know why is it empty? Actually i want create new report from scratch? Thank you. I will try.

The "empty template" is the report you initially load. When you populate it with content and store it, the result will be stored as a new report and not overwrite the template.
