use DCM file for viewing

Hi....
I have one question ... I Wrote personal Pacs with your toolkit and now I will develop a new web base Dicom Viewer and I want to know " for showing dcm in webpage .. Have i disjoint pixel data and pixel representation and show just pixel representation like image file in webpage ??? "

:) Okay, My Question is that: can I show .DCM file like image in my DICOM Viewer or I have to disjoint pixel data and Representation data and then just show Representation data ???
(Is it possible to behave .DCM file like an image?? )

Maybe, because nobody understands your question.

Also, your question is not related to DICOMscope, right?
