Using this software with Windows NT

#1 Post by Sam Tyuluman »

I hope I am in the correct discussion forum.
We are interested in using this software over a Windows NT network. We use only a single sonography machine that can produce images and we would like to make receivers out of our work stations. Anyone with any experience with this?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Windows NT network"!? DICOMscope runs on Windows NT 4.0, and for the network communication part you need TCP/IP.

DICOMscope and windows nt

Thank you for the reply. We are in a broad search for software to operate on our network. We have the TCP/IP connections established and the work stations in place for other office operations. We will either store the DICOM images in the patient folders or use the filing structure of DICOMscope. It would be more convienent to keep the files in the patient folders and integrete them with other clinical information.
