Raw MutiFrame Cine Run to DICOM

#1 Post by MicroImage »

I am using a windows XP workstation with 2 GigByte RAM and 4 Gigabyte Virtual to try and convert these raw 1024 x 1024 image into a DICOM MultiFrame Image but the example code that I have requires that all this information be kept in memory, before the DICOM conversion.
Is there anyway to get example code to convert such a large file frame by frame ?
I would be very grateful.
Thank you

In order to help you we would need more details about what you're doing, e.g. the relevant part of the source code. Btw, what kind of images do you want to convert (modality, transfer syntax, etc.)?

I delved into the Code and found out how to make each and every frame a compressed image myself. It still took lots of time, but I appreciate teh effort.
