I’m developing RIS application ,there I’m using “dcmtk-3.6.0-win32-i386\bin\ dcm2pdf.exe” for converting dicom to pdf ,”RIS “ application ,client place they need to use it ,my friends told me that even though open source ,You should purchase it. so please help me,if I want to use this “dcmtk-3.6.0-win32-i386\bin\ dcm2pdf.exe” , I need purchase any license?, I need to spend any money?.
