Where do I get the dcmrt module? I can't find it in the 3.6.0 .

Unfortunately, it's still not yet publicly available. However, we can make the current pre-release available if you send us an email (dicom/at/offis/dot/de).

It's now part of the current DCMTK snapshot, so there is no need to request it by email any longer.
