compiling with codewarrior

I need to use the libs with a codewarrior project and I am running into a problem with the header libc.h. In the non macho config on the mac I get the issue that it can't find libc.h, if I include the usr/include path then I get a bunch of redefinitions. has anyone run across this, what is the proper way to configure the library for codearrior macho and not macho
