generate multiframe dicom

Hi,
I am trying to generate OCT Dicom:

they are multiframe, and the associated dicom segment object.
and for now,
the only thing to write multiframe dicom that I have seen on dcmtk is :

is there any other example on the subject ?
How do I specify the position of each frame in the case of these multiframe dicom?
