DICOM Worklist Returning No Match In DCMTK wlmscpfs

I have setup DCMTK's wlmscpfs on Ubuntu 18.04. The worklist files are converted from dump file to .wl files via dump2dcm. So far the worklist files have been returning successful matches when queried from several ultrasound machines (Samsung, Siemens). However with another machine (Phillips), wlmscpfs keeps stating "Information from worklist file ... does not match query" although the search masks contain values that match. I have checked the .wl file in DICOM editor and it shows the same date as in the search (Scheduled Procedure Step Start Date 0040,0002).
The exact same .wl file returns match for some machine and fails for another.

The .wl file converted from this dump file has been checked and it is the same.

How do I fix this?

For the benefit of others, here is the solution:
If the modality sends query field (although empty) and the .wl file does not contain the query field, it returns as no match. In my case, fields (0038,0010) and (0008,0020) where not available in the .wl file, so when the modality sends query with these 2 fields, although empty, wlmscpfs returns as no match. When I added these 2 fields into the .wl files, it returns as match!

First question: which version of the DCMTK do you use?
Second question: does it work if you start wlmscpfs with option -dfr (--disable-file-reject)?

The version used is 3.6.3.
Tried starting with -dfr, still it returned as no match. The -dfr option seemed to make no difference in my case as no .wl files were rejected in the first place.

Could you please also test the wlmscpfs from DCMTK 3.6.5 (current release)?

OK, but then we will never find out whether it is a bug (in DCMTK) that may already have been fixed.
