Hello,

I am very intrested in checking this given a list a frames, how to create a new dicom from these frames?
also, how do I control the depth of each dicom of bits? is there any tool to see the dump of the file?
also, is a way to create a dicom per metadata dictionary?

Hi,

I only understand half of the questions. To see how to create a DICOM file from regular images like BMP, see the tool (and its source code) img2dcm.
You can dump the content of a file using the tool dcmdump.
