how to get jpg image data

viewtopic.php?t=56..there is only procedure to write image data but not tell how can i get the image data.There should be some example for beginners how can i get the image data.It most common thing i think so far.I understand the way how i get the image data for jpg or other then we easily get the image data of any image file format like BMP,GIF etc.So please help me.

Getting access to pixel data stored in BMP, JPEG, GIF or other general purpose image file formats is a problem that is neither DICOM nor DCMTK specific and should, therefore, not be discussed in this forum. There are certainly better places to look for this kind of information.
