Does the DCMTK Toolkit offer any High Level functions for the Storage Commitment Service Class?

But are there any High level functions for these Services:

N-EVENT-REPORT
N-ACTION

(I saw the Structures for these Services in the source code but no further functions)

So I could create the Messages for the Storage Commitment Service Class

Or how would you try to solve this Problem?

The use of the DIMSE messages N-EVENT-REPORT and N-ACTION is shown as part of the DICOM print management implementation in module "dcmpstat". Search for "naction" and "nevent", respectively.

I'm trying to use the struct T_DIMSE_N_Action_RQ which is in dimse.h (DCMTK dcmpnet).
I've got some trouble in order to determinate the field in this struct (like DataSetType and MessageID).

Please help me
