my question is if the all the related methods with DICOMDIR complies with requeriments of PS 3.10 dicom standart and if it uses the FSC , FSR and FSU?

To the best of our knowledge, our DICOMDIR code is fully compliant with DICOM part 10 (and also part 12 as far as the validation of media storage application profiles is concerned). The code implements everything needed for FSC, FSR and FSU actors.
