PET image conversion

Hi,
i need to convert a DICOM image sent by PET console.
i'm trying this command line :

dcmj2pnm.exe -v -d +ob test.dcm test.bmp (i've tried conversation to jpeg, tiff formats too)

but the result is a full black image.

this is the test image

suggested in a topic such this, i've tried this command line

dcmodify -i PixelRepresentation=1 test.dcm

then i convert the image and the result is a very light-gray image
