Want to compile echoscu.exe

Hi,
I'm new to DCMTK. I want to enable some time stamp options in the echoscu.cxx for debugging. I downloaded dcmtk-3.5.4.zip. But it doesn't contain any project file to compile the same in VS. I'm using VS2005. Please help me to compile the same, so that I can create extended echoscu.exe.

Reading the INSTALL file should help ...
