part 2 (multicomponent transformation) dicoms

did you ever see these jpeg-2000 part 2 dicoms ?

i am thinking if we need to implement support for .92/.93 syntaxes

can someone share with me at least one part 2 dicom file for testing ? or any info where i can download the data set.
