dcmprscp and relay to printer

Hi, I'm doing some tests with dcmprscp and I'm don't getting it. It is supposed to act as a print spooler, that receives files from dcmprscu and relay those files to a Dicom printer?.

I'm doing some tests with a virtual dicom printer (ETIAM DICOM PRI), and it doesn't receive any communication from DcmPrSCP. If I send the files using dcmprscu directly to "DICOM PRI" it receives the files, but, in this case, what's the function of dcmprscp?.

If I'm wrong, could someone explain me the Dicom printing workflow?.
