Well I am not an expert --lol , but did you tried to use next parameters ?

Who can help us to improve the quality of printing.

...this command generated the files ... SP_4c9063dcbcff63ba.dcm ,

Then I run dcmprscu….

G:\DICOM_ALL\dcmtk-3.5.4-win32-i386\bin>dcmprscu -v -c dcmpstat.cfg --printer DR
YPIX4000 G:\DICOM_ALL\dcmtk-3.5.4-win32-i386\bin\database\SP_4c9063dcbcff63ba.dcm

The output was ….

Now the printed image is of poor quality. Please help me improve the print quality. Also please let me know if I need to use any additional options in order to improve in print quality.
