Yes, DCMTK supports both 32 and 64 bit Windows platforms. Look at the INSTALL file for instructions on how to compile under Windows.
Notes:
- The last DCMTK version to officially support Windows 95/98/ME was DCMTK 3.5.1 (2001), using Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0.
- The last DCMTK version to officially support Windows XP was DCMTK 3.6.0 (2011), using Microsoft Visual C++ versions 2005/2008/2010.
- The last DCMTK version to officially support Windows 7 was DCMTK 3.6.5 (2019), using Microsoft Visual C++ versions 2008-2019.
- There are no Windows applications with graphical user interface in DCMTK. The "apps" programs only run in a Windows command shell.
