How to compile the DICOMScope correctly

Hello everyone:
I want to compile the source files of the DICOMScope ,following the steps instructed in the manual .But when i compile the jInterface.dsw project under vc6.0, error happened:fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file "libeay32.lib"。I don't know where the lib file is located?Would someone give me a hand ,thanks in advance!

The library is part of OpenSSL. To simplify matters, you could e.g. use the pre-compiled support libraries that can be downloaded from our ftp server.
