Silent install of Dcmtk-3.5.4

Has anybody ever done a silent compile or install of dctmk-3.5.4 under Windows using MinGW?!?

Is it possible to make it in some way with mingw?!?

I need to compile dcmtk-3.5.4 under Windows automatically.

Please help me.
