DCMTK is new to me. Recently I updated Matlab and the old dynamic-link library built by using c-mex file calling DCMTK functions is no longer supported. I have to dig it out. In the c-mex file, DcmFileStream has been used. It turns out it has been replaced in the new version of DCMTK. I think I can still use the old version of DCMTK. Which one has DcmFileStream? Thanks.
