how to deal with storescp waiting status in windows

All controls in the windows are invalid when implementing the storescp in windows.How can I deal with it? thank you!

What about starting "storescp" in the background, i.e. as a separate process?

By the way,I encountered the storescu problem in windows,too.When implementing the storescu in the window , I could transmit the DICOM file right only once,then sent the file wrong for twice because of the failure of reading the sent file.When you meet this problem,how will you deal with it? thank you for your help in advance.
