how could i use storescu in bin folder?

i tried to type storescu in terminal
but always got:
The program 'storescu' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install dcmtk
bash: storescu: command not found
please advice.

Where did you install the DCMTK command line tools? Please check this and make sure that the search path of your shell is specified appropriately.

do you mean the bin folder?
i installed it in usr\local\dicom\bin
how could i use that command line?

This is not related to the DCMTK at all. Maybe, you should read this or some other documents on how to use your Linux system.

PATH=$usr/local/dicom/bin
in terminal
the situation is the same
is there anything wrong?
