Hi all
First of all I want to thank you all the work that you have done!
I'm trying to develop a system to display dicom images in Flex but I have some problems with CT images that have pixel representation = 1
I'm not sure of what I have to do with the pixel data. I have to convert the data to signed?
Someone can explain me how can I use this pixel data?
Thanks a lot.

If you would use the DicomImage class, the rendered output would always be unsigned, even for signed CT images.

No, this forum is about DCMTK, a C/C++ DICOM toolkit. Of course, you could use JNI to wrap the main classes to Java (as demonstrated with the DICOMscope application many years ago).

Hmm, the name of this site is "DICOM @ OFFIS - Discussion Forum for OFFIS DICOM Tools", and the name of this forum is "DCMTK - General". I thought that this is self-evident ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

This depends on which Java DICOM toolkit you are using. Please check the corresponding project site for information where you can ask your question ...Is there any othre forum where I can ask about the Dicom Java Classes?
