ENH MR images Window Level

Hello,

We have been testing DICOMScope with Enhancement MR studies from Philips equipment and we have observed that the frames are shown with a different window level specified in FrameVOILutSequence. Is this a bug ?

The images has Rescale tags (RescaleIntercept, RescaleSlope), we believe that DICOMScope ignores these tags and for this reason shows the frame with different Window Level specified in FrameVOILutSequence.

If our supposition is correct, how DICOMScope is calculated the appropiate Window Level for this images?

Have you seen how old DICOMscope is? Do you think it is likely that DICOMscope supports the enhanced multiframe paradigm?
