True Size Printing with dcmprint binary

Hi,

I want to do True Size printing on Film using dcmprint 3.6 binary there is no option for that, Can can anyone recommend how I can use dcmprint to print true size image ?

I have the same problem! how can i control scale of printing? by default it always fit image to film size. i like to determine scale like %100 or %50 or %150!
