Hi!, we built our Worklist server based on wlmscpfs and connected to a PostgreSQL database, that uses UTF-8 encoding, everything works perfect, with the exception of some UTF-8 characters, like the spanish Ñ.
The server runs with the -cs1 parameter (--return-iso-ir-100).
In our tests we use findscu with -W param and everythig shows correctly in the console (FreeBSD), but when the modality asks for those studies it shows the à character instead of the Ñ, for example NUÃEZ instead of NUÑEZ.
What can we do to fix this?

Re: Worklist UTF-8 to Latin1 (ISO IR 100) issue
I don't think that wlmscpfs does any character set conversion, so if your worklist data is encoded with UTF-8 but you tell wlmscpfs to return ISO Latin-1 to the requester... this cannot work, of course. See man page for details.
Did you already try with option -csk (--keep-char-set)? And, please make sure that the worklist datasets contain a Specific Character Set (0008,0005) of "ISO_IR 192".
