help for install DCMTK

Hello!
I am a new user of dcmtk 3.5.4,
I have download:
.DCMTK 3.5.4 source code and documentation (Zip)
.DCMTK 3.5.4 documentation as Windows help file
.dcmtk-3.5.4-win32-i386-support.zip libraries for Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP

I use visual C++ 6.0 and CMake 2.2
and I try to install this software, and I read the INSTALL file,so I followed
the instruction, but, when I want to use the libraries I got:

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "ofstd.lib"
Error executing link.exe.

ALL_BUILD - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

Could anybody help me?

The .cc file extension should be changed to .cxx.
