export file dicom to bmp, png...

hI!
I use VC++ 6.0, windows XP

I can't export File DICOM to BMP
the instrucction:
c:\dcm2pnm.exe +obt fileName resultadodcm.bmp;

where
dcm2pnm path: c:\dcm2pnm.exe
option: +obt
File DICOM: fileName
File out: resultadodcm.bmp

Someone can explain to me how use the dcm2pnm because I don't understand!

(I need basic help )
