i can't understand why the project is asking this file if there isn't any project and any file with the name that describes the error maybe you can help me with this

The error you describe is not related to DCMTK. If I understand the error message correctly (given that I don't speak Spanish), it says "cannot open file Archivos.obj". There is no file named "Archivos.obj" in DCMTK, so this must be a part of your own project and your own project files.
