We are currently testing DCMTK 3.6.0. for Windows (32 Bit).
And the questions are:
1. I would like to know how we can retrieve worklist from PACS server. How we can link to the PACS Server.
2. Is it correct to retrieve worklist using the findscu.exe command?
3. How can we operate findscu.exe in MS-DOS?
e.g. If an operator in a hospital made an order into the PACS server to take CT scan of a specific patient, and I would like to retrieve data - such as ID No., Name, Birth date, and Sex,- then I would like to know what windows commands I need to use to retrieve the above information from the PACS Server.

findscu is what u have to use for retreiving modality worklist from worklist server. For getting the value of a specific tag, you can use "-k" option in the findscu.
There is a sample query available in the findscu manual.
http://support.dcmtk.org/docs/findscu.html
Also, below is a sample commandline value:
findscu -v -W -k 0008,0060 -k 0010,0010 -k 0010,0020 -aet DCMTK -aec <AEC> <HOST> <PORT>
(I tested this using DCMTK 3.5.4 and ofcourse this will work with 3.6.0)
