I certainly don't - thank you!I've made this thread "sticky" so it stays longer on the top of the page. I hope you do not mind

DICOM (and DCMTK!) for quantitative imaging research
Hi, I would like to make this group aware of the recent article preprint we published jointly with some of the DCMTK developers discussing an application of using DICOM for quantitative imaging research. Fedorov A, Clunie D, Ulrich E, Bauer C, Wahle A, Brown B, Onken M, Riesmeier J, Pieper S, Kikini...

Re: Using DCMTK from CMakeLists.txt
As of today, FindDCMTK.cmake in CTK has been updated with the missing include, see
https://github.com/commontk/CTK/commit/ ... 5cd7a3aad3
Also, in my previous post, there is a typo: MAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES should instead be CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES.

Re: Using DCMTK from CMakeLists.txt
Ok, so I talked with JC today, and he pointed me to the FindDCMTK.cmake file that should be used to be able to configure an external project to use DCMTK configured with CMake: https://github.com/commontk/CTK/blob/master/Utilities/CMake/FindDCMTK.cmake The details can be learned from the comments in...

Re: Using DCMTK from CMakeLists.txt
Jorg, thank you for confirming this. I didn't know if this is supposed to work or not.
I will see JC next week at the NA-MIC project week, and will ask him about the status of this issue. I will post an update to this thread if I learn something of general interest.

Using DCMTK from CMakeLists.txt
Hi, I realize I may be missing something very basic here. I am trying to use DCMTK from a CMake project on Mac. I compiled DCMTK configured with CMake (had to turn off ICONV, following the advice here https://github.com/commontk/CTK/issues/178). In my project, I have the following CMakeLists.txt: pr...

Creating DICOM segmentation objects
Hi, I would like to save segmentation masks (labels) stored as an image raster into a DICOM segmentation object using DCMTK. Let's assume I do have the original DICOM study that has been segmented/labeled. Can someone point me to where I should start? Is there an example that is most similar to what...

Thanks for the suggestion, I will give it a try. Meanwhile, I emailed our Siemens contacts, we'll see what happens and when ... On a related note, can you suggest *any* publicly available DICOM SR viewer? I have learned about DICOM SR relatively recently. From reading the papers, the idea sounds rea...

Error reading DICOM SR produced by syngo.via
Hi, I have DCMTK version 3.6.1 compiled from source, and I am trying to read a DICOM SR produced using syngo.via. When I am trying to read this file using dsrdump, I have this error: W: GraphicData (0070,0022) VM != 2-2n in SCOORD content item W: No GraphicData for SCOORD content item W: Reading inv...
